আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। আল্লাহ তালার অশেষ রহমতে এবং আপনাদের দো’আ অবশেষে ভিসা ২৮ দিনের হাতে পেলাম। আমি গ্রুপের সকল মেম্বারদের কৃতজ্ঞতা পোষণ করছি।

# VISA_INTERVIEW

Intended Degree Course: M.Sc. in Medical Diagnostic Technologies (MDT)
University: Hochschule Furtwangen University (HFU)

যথারীতি ৯:০০ টার ভিতর এম্বাসিতে প্রবেশ করি এবং উনাদের লিস্ট অনুযায়ী বাসার থেকে সব সাজিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ায় সব পেপার উনাদের খুব তারাতারি গুছিয়ে দেওয়ায় ৯:৩০ টা বাজা’র ১০-১২ মিনিট আগেই আমাকে ৬ নম্বর কাউন্টারে ডাকা হয়।

VO: (ভদ্রলোক সরাসরি কোন গ্রেটিংস ছাড়াই পুরা বাংলাতে) আপানার তো এনরোলমেন্টের ডেডলাইন শেষ।
ME: Good Morning Sir. The enrolment deadline for International Students is till 5th October. Then I provided Visa Supporting letter which sent by university to me.

VO: হুম গুড মর্নিং। তারপরও তো আপনি এই সময়ের আগে যেতে পারবেন না। তাহলে কি করবেন?
ME: Sir, I have already completed my enrolment.

VO: কই এইখানে তো কোন পেপার জমা দেন নাই।
ME: Sir, I have kept it with me as additional documents.

VO: কই দেখি তো। আপনি এইখানে থেকে কিভাবে এনরোলমেন্টের কাজ কমপ্লিট করলেন? ইভেন আপনি তো দেখছি হেলথ ইনস্যুরেন্সও করেছেন।
ME: University provides Power of Attorney facility to complete Enrolment Procedure. So My Husband completes all procedure on behalf of me. But university needs health insurance document during enrolment time. That’s why I need to make my Health insurance from TK too.

VO: এনরোলমেন্টের কোন ফটোকপি আছে।
ME: No, Sir. I have kept only one copy as additional documents.

ওকে আপনি ওয়েট করুন। আপনাকে আবার ডাকা হবে।
Then he went to photocopy my semester enrolment document and prepare to take the interview in a formal way.

কিছুক্ষণ পর আবার ডাকা হলোঃ

VO: Hello, Good Morning!!!!
ME: Good Morning Sir.
VO: Which University you obtained your B.Sc. Degree and which year?
ME: told
VO: How many universities have you applied? Tell me the name Please?
ME: told
VO: Why do you choose this subject?
ME: told
VO: What’s your Future Plan?
ME: told
VO: When Your Husband came to Germany and what he is doing now?
ME: told

Then he checked my accommodation address and tried to spell my city name: Villingen-Schwenningen (but failed to spell full part!!! 🤣🤣🤣Even I can’t too 😜😜😜) Then he asks me

VO: How far it is from your campus?
ME: Probably need 5 minutes in walking distance to reach my campus.
VO: Are you sure? Do you hear it from your husband or do you check it owns?
ME: (smile) I have checked it!!!!

Then VISA Officer (VO) take my Fingerprint twice and kept my Passport with him. Then give me back my original document and visa fee slip and collect visa fee 7200 BDT.

That’s it!!!!!!
